SHIPPING
Thank you for your purchase. we will process and ship your order in 1-3 days for available items. In case of an out-of stock item or pre-orders, please contact us at: [email protected] requesting an estimated shipping date.
Bahrain orders will be delivered free of charge within 1-2 days of receiving the payment confirmation. All other orders are shipped via international couriers express shipping services with tracking number. You will receive a text message or/and email from the shipping company to confirm and schedule the delivery.
We are not responsible for international shipments delays, lost or damage.
Prices on our site do not include shipping and customs duties & taxes charges. International shipping cost out of Bahrain will be charged at flat rates of 25 BHD for the Gulf countries and 45 BHD for all others. The shipping company will bill you to pay on delivery all customs duties & taxes charges.
RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your selected pieces. However, if your purchase has any GARMENT DEFECT (during manufacturing process, NOT shipment), you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit in case of non-availability. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
NOTE: our fabric is hand-woven using 100% natural fiber, hand-colored with organic dyes, and hand-embroidered therefore any irregularity is a natural feature, which accentuates the charm of the piece and its crafting method making it UNIQUE.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at: [email protected] within twenty four (24) hours of receiving your purchase with clear details of GARMENT DEFECTS to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we will be responsible for all return shipping charges in case of confirmed GARMENT DEFECTS.
EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or store credit. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or store credit. We will notify you by email when your exchange or store credit has been processed.
